How long will we be out of the house?
Most whole-house remodels mean living off-site for a stretch. Where possible we stage the work to keep part of the home habitable — we’ll talk through what’s realistic at the first site visit.
Do you provide architectural drawings?
Yes — we produce the schematic, design development, and construction drawings your project needs, working with trusted architects and engineers where required.
Can we keep our current designer or architect?
Absolutely. While many clients engage our full practice, we regularly partner with outside architects and interior designers — and can build from drawings you already have.
